Terms and Agreement for Ethan Slater Master Class & Gala Event (MUST READ ALL) By purchasing a ticket and attending the Ethan Slater Master Class and/or Gala Event hosted by Rhode to Broadway, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY To protect the privacy, artistic integrity, and contractual requirements of our guest artist(s) and student performers: Absolutely no cell phone photography, videography, or audio recording is permitted during the Master Class or the Gala Event. This includes but is not limited to photos, videos, live streaming, social media posts, or any type of visual/audio capture using any device. Staff and volunteers reserve the right to ask any attendee violating this policy to leave the event without refund. 2. SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT SHARING Any and all content featuring Ethan Slater must be reshared directly from Rhode to Broadway’s official social media channels only (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Attendees may not post, upload, or distribute their own recordings or photos of Ethan Slater taken during the event. Rhode to Broadway is not liable for any content reshared by third parties beyond what is originally posted by our official accounts. 3. TICKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT By purchasing a ticket to either the Ethan Slater Master Class or the Gala Event, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined above.
