Welcome to Rhode to Broadway! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our programs, events, classes, and online shop, including all purchases, registrations, and participation in any of our offerings. By engaging with Rhode to Broadway, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Rhode to Broadway offers a variety of performing arts experiences and products, including but not limited to:

Master Classes and Workshops

Theater Camps and Intensives

Weekly Lessons and Coaching

Special Events and Performances

Merchandise and Digital Goods

These services may be delivered in-person or online, depending on the program.

2. Registration and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration or purchase unless otherwise specified.

Spaces for classes, camps, and events are limited and cannot be held without payment.

We accept all major forms of electronic payment through our online platform.

Payment Plan Option

To help make our programs more accessible, Rhode to Broadway may offer payment plan options for select classes, workshops, camps, and events.

Payment Plan Terms

  • Payment plans must be arranged at the time of registration.

  • An initial payment may be required to secure your spot.

  • Remaining payments will be charged according to the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring payment information remains current and valid throughout the payment plan period.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Customers enrolled in a payment plan may request a cancellation and refund in accordance with this Return Policy.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Rhode to Broadway within 5-7 days after beginning your payment plan.

  • Approved refunds will include any payments made toward the purchase, including deposits and installment payments.

  • Once a refund is approved, any future scheduled payments associated with the payment plan will be canceled.

  • Refund requests made after the 5-7 day period are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refunds & Transfers

Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Return or transfer requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued.

In some cases, credit or a transfer to another service may be offered at our discretion.

Please note: If a class, camp, event, or program sells out during the return/refund request period, we cannot guarantee your spot will still be available if you decide to re-enroll. Availability is first-come, first-served and we are unable to override capacity limits.

4. Participant Expectations

All students and attendees must conduct themselves with respect, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Rhode to Broadway reserves the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates any policies—without refund.

Proper attire must be worn for all active workshops and rehearsals. Semi-formal attire may be requested for performances or special events.

5. Media & Photography Release

By enrolling or attending an event, you grant Rhode to Broadway the right to use photographs, video, and audio recordings taken during programs for promotional and archival purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to participating.

Rhode to Broadway follows appropriate safety guidelines and reserves the right to modify class formats or cancel sessions due to health, weather, or other concerns.

No cell phones or personal recording devices are allowed during workshops, classes, or rehearsals unless approved in advance.

7. Shop and Digital Products

Merchandise and digital goods are sold “as is.”

Please review sizing, product descriptions, and any disclaimers before purchase.

All shop items are subject to availability.

8. Schedule Changes and Cancellations

Rhode to Broadway reserves the right to change dates, instructors, or formats of any event or class as needed.

In the event of cancellation by us, you will be offered a refund or credit toward a future program.

9. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space for all. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
