⭐️Package Price
We strongly encourage all students to bring one parent or guardian. We cannot accomodate for more than one parent or guardian. If the student has no choice but to come without a parent or guardian, they will be assigned to a chaperone.
The cost of this package includes the Broadway Master Class and the Broadway Show. All other costs are not included.

Student Package: $150
Student with Parent or Guardian: $225
⭐️Travel
We will travel out of the train station in West Haven. CT around 7:00AM. Parking is free on the weekends, and tickets are $15 each way. The cost of travel is NOT included in your registration fee. We ask that you arrive at least 15min early, to insure we are all together and on time. We will update this with train information soon so you can purchase tickets ASAP.
⭐️Exclusive Broadway Master Class - Approximately 10:00AM
Learn from a real Broadway professional in an interactive workshop that dives into acting, singing, dancing and what it takes to make it on the big stage.
Please make sure your students come prepared with respect and the willingness to listen and learn.
⭐️Explore the City That Never Sleeps
Between the class and the show we will go to lunch and do a tiny bit of exploring to soak up the energy, culture, and creativity that makes NYC unlike any other place! Lunch is not included in the registration fee.
⭐️Broadway Show - 2:00PM
We will be seeing the Broadway show &Juliet! Please ensure your students arrive with respect for both the performers and the overall production. We want everyone to have a great time while maximizing their learning experience, and listening plays a crucial role in that.
⭐️We will then catch a train home after the show.
If you choose to stay in NYC, that is completely up to you! Please let us know prior so we know how many to expect in the group traveling back to RI.

Departure Location:
Our group will depart from the West Haven, CT train station approximately 7:00AM on 9/13/25. We strongly encourage you to join us so we all arrive on time to the Master Class.
Train fare: $15 each way (not included)
Parking: Free on weekends!
Please plan to purchase your own commuter rail tickets in advance.
🍽️ Dining in NYC
We’ll be enjoying a group meal. Location TBD. Also - Feel free to go to your own lunches, but we prefer to try and have the group stick together as much as possible.

🚨 Important Guidelines & Supervision Policy
Rhode to Broadway is not responsible for student supervision during the NYC trip (except for those who require a chaperone). All students must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated adult chaperone (18+) at all times while in the city.
Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines and remain with their group throughout the trip. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a safe, fun, and well-organized experience for everyone.
We may do a bit of SIGHTSEEING during any down time, so please plan for that as well! Wear your comfy walking shoes & bring spending money.
