📄 Rhode to Broadway NYC Trip – Terms & Agreement
By registering for the Rhode to Broadway NYC Master Class Trip on Saturday, September 13, 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Supervision & Responsibility
Rhode to Broadway is not responsible for student supervision during the trip.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or designated adult chaperone at all times while in New York City.
Participants are expected to stay with their group and follow all safety protocols throughout the day.
2. What’s Included
Your registration fee includes:
Broadway show ticket
Broadway master class experience
Not Included:
Round-trip train fare ($15 each way)
Meals and personal spending
Subway Fare
Transportation to/from the West Haven train station
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available until Saturday, September 6, 2025 (one week prior to the trip).
After that date, refunds are only possible if we are able to transfer your ticket to another participant.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
4. Liability Release & Emergency Treatment
By registering for this trip, you certify that the participant is physically able to engage in all planned activities.
In the event of an injury or illness during the trip and in the absence of a parent/guardian, you authorize emergency medical treatment as necessary.
If the participant has a medical condition that requires ongoing assistance in daily life, a parent, guardian, or personal assistant must be present for the duration of the trip.
You understand and acknowledge that participation in this trip involves the potential for physical injury or illness. By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless Rhode to Broadway, its staff, organizers, and affiliates from any liability related to participation in this event.
